#43, forced geocaching?
I have been surprisingly energized these last two days. Yesterday I took a new geocacher hiking in the Slaughter Creek Greenbelt (we found 10 caches), and today I took myself to the Mary Moore Seabright Memorial Park, and I found another 10 caches. Both days have been lengthy day-hikes (#43) that should have done my weakened-from-the-playa self in, but despite that and two bee stings and a horde of mosquito bites, I actually have a bit of energy left. *smile*
Part of this is that I've been challenged to a race to see who can get to their 'cache anniversary' (a round number of 100) first. Part of it is that the Burn is over and I can focus on other things. Part of it is that I'm making progress on working down the incredible number of messages received on all of my social networks, and part of it is that my body is slowly feeling stronger.
