Today was far more productive than yesterday, although some projects were worked on. I carved my first jack-o’-lantern in probably ten years, and pulled the rest of my professional files, tests, and paperwork off Ol’ Number 3. I also pulled enough Ranger gear out of my burner boxes to work SeaCompression in Seattle this weekend.

Today, the third and final truck load of can and bottles was recycled, and all of the raked garden debris was burned, as well as the house paper trash. The garden path was widened yet again, and all of that was burned as well. Yesterday the truck work box was removed from the top of the bus, and today it was installed in my truck, where it belongs. Tonight, I’ll see if I can plant and grow a few of the already-sprouted pumpkin seeds in the greenhouse.

Tomorrow I plan to cut the sidewalls out of the accumulated tires, and place them where I want them for a start on a winter garden, and finish cutting the remaining long grass and blackberries to flush out the boundaries for the garden field. New word: cockaigne, defined as a dreamworld; an imaginary land of great luxury and ease (opposite of a dystopia).

I, as well as my Priestess, have been struggling a bit with my meditation for the puja on 11/9. My meditation hasn’t had much energy and I haven’t had as much motivation to complete them as I had. I have mostly kept up on them, although I owe myself some makeups. Being outside in the sun and working hard has helped with my energy.
