Quick Update

Energy level: higher. I'm calmer, and yet more energetic. My workouts and my Tang Soo Do are much more intensified. My muscles are enjoying being a bit sore. I'm learning Pyong Ahn E Dan and Pyong Ahn Sam Dan (Pinan Nidan and Pinan Samdan, Sensei Foxx) and finding that movement of energy is really what these forms are about, not just strength/coordination and overcoming imaginary opponents.

Due to weather and family emergencies, I've been basically by myself on Gero, and testing by myself at UNC. I'm working on old damaged relationships that the Universe has placed in front of me to fix, and I'm still very much in love with Tam, who is very tired and stressed right now with midterms. Old emotional stuff has been falling away.

Glad to hear you are embracing the universe as it is..

Lepidolite, sugilite, purple amethyst, rhodochrosite and rhodonite might be good stones to carry at times like this.

Muscular soreness is a typical symptom of not flushing all the chemistry created by higher vibrations through your system. Increase your water intake by at least another 8 oz. a day while you're working on these goals.
