101 THINGS in 1001 DAYS
Jan. 4th, 2009 04:43 pm"101 Things in 1001 Days is the brainchild of Michael Green, a blogger and developer from NZ. He created a list of tasks to achieve within a defined period, and the idea quickly spread around the web as a tool for helping people accomplish their goals...1001 Days (about 2.75 years) is a better period of time than a year, because it allows you several seasons to complete the tasks, which is better for organizing and timing some tasks such as overseas trips or outdoor activities."
I'm posting my list on my profile, and I'll be reading and editing/updating roughly weekly. References to it will likely be regular occurrences in this journal. I do not have expectations of accomplishing everything on the list - but this gives me some inspiration, motivation, and manifestation. Every time I complete five goals, I'll add another goal. Bold means a goal is in progress, and a strikethrough means, of course, that it's completed. I'll reward myself each month for goals accomplished, maybe with something I want or need.
The list officially starts today, 5anuary 4th, and will end on my birthday in 2011.

Date: 2009-01-05 05:44 pm (UTC)Me, on the other hand, without perpetual butt kicking or being put on some really strong ADD meds there is no way I could convert over to being task oriented.
Hope that your new year is going well.
