Medical/PT update
Jun. 7th, 2006 10:35 pmMy left leg is 10-15% smaller than my right leg. Expected, but personally unacceptable.
Today was my last day on the bicycle and the pool. Now, the Elliptical Trainer and the Stairmaster, as well as both two-leg and one-leg wieghts. Soon, light jogging. Eating less overall, sleeping more. Tomorrow, a 5k Volkswalk.
