I have been on a steep learning curve. I don't expect that to change. In addition, I've been trying to learn to be able to score and interpret and write neuropsychological tests at a level far above a second-rotation Intern.

My evaluation is done for my Gero Rotation.

I'm at the common Intern level with psychological test interpretation, "getting better every case", assessment writing, assessment feedback, and specialized neuropsych consultation.

I'm at the level where I'm supposed to be when I'm done with internship with diagnostics, psychological test selection and administration, patient risk management and confidentiality, overall case consultation/supervision, professional responsibility and documentation, efficiency and time management, and ethics.

I'm at autonomous practice level with case conceptualization and treatment goals, therapeutic interventions, effective emotional reactions in therapy (countertransference), group therapy skills and preparation, professional behavior, personal positive coping strategies, patient rapport, patient diversity sensitivity, cultural awareness, interest in current scientific knowledge, regular psychological consultation, and consultative guidance.

Time to get busy. I have an advantage with my previous clinical experience, but time to get busy learning those neuropsych tests and statistical norms.
