Quick Update
Jan. 7th, 2009 08:00 pmNothing like having a blowout at 45mph on a twisty country road this morning to gain clarity and perspective. Yes, I'm OK. So is the truck. I managed to keep it from rolling and mostly on the road. I'm grateful for AAA and for the tow truck driver, who had the equipment to change the tire where I ended up, and for changing it.
The truck goes in on Monday for fixing the box panel, the tailgate, and the taillight, as well as fixing all of the paint that is peeling. An update of my list (fixing my truck is #44 and #53) is on my profile, thanks to jic, who taught me the proper format for updating it.
