Life/Goals list
Jul. 2nd, 2010 06:04 pmI'm working actively on six goals in the 'Body' category, four goals in the 'Mind/Emotions to Spirit' category, and three goals in the 'Life' category.
On the 'Body' category, I'd like to run a 10k in less than 60 minutes (#2), bench press twice my body weight (#4), perform 200 pushups without stopping (#5), perform 200 situps without stopping (#6), better my bo (staff) skills (#12), and sleep better (#97). On the Mind/Emotion to Spirit category, I'd like to eat mindfully for 28 days (#26), read more of my martial arts/spirituality library (#28), read new books on that subject (#62), and write more haiku (#69). On the 'Life' side, I'd like to help people randomly/anonymously (#79), get my physical examination (#49), and get fire cannons on my chopper (#34).
I'd like to complete or make progress on all of these goals by August 21. That's seven weeks.
