Goals/Life Update - Day 151/1001

Goals in Progress: 25
Body: Trained again only three times this week (#1) and again didn't get a chance for makeup classes, although I did manage to again get a Dan prep (#2) class. Didn't have the motivation or much opportunity to run or do pushups this week, again. I did complete relearning to ride a horse (#21) on a 14-hand quarterhorse named Dixie. Still looking at joining a gym to build strength and endurance for my upcoming tests, and work on some of my physical goals. Also looking at starting my yearly fast soon (#12), and thinking more about my food intake.
Mind: Still reading Ralston's Cheng Hsin: The Principles of Effortless Power (#32). Completed 50 We Are What We Do actions (#37). Completed an extreme weather spotter class this weekend in San Antonio (#40), and I'm now a National Weather Service-trained Weather Spotter with the SKYWARN program, a requirement that used to be part of the CERT program (#91). Started eating mindfully today (#27), and noticing how bread and carbs and dairy do not serve me well.
Work: Still cutting down and controlling my work email (#50). I am adding a fifth day of seeing clients this week.
Life: Volunteered again this week (#77) for the Habitat for Humanity ReStore and also attended CERT (#91) training; this next week is my last week before completing the training. I have only one more class and then a Search and Rescue simulation this weekend. Tried homemade stawberry-vanilla marshmallows (#68). Wanting to prep and move 'Ol Number 3, but I cannot afford the costs right now - so, she'll have to wait. My cousin is visiting this week, instead of next month, and I hope to have a chance to see her.
