Body: No training (#1). A planned Saturday class (or two) didn't happen to a touch of vertigo/illness. No progress with sit-ups and push-ups (#5, #6).
Mind: I've started re-reading The Book of Five Rings (Go Rin No Sho), by Miyamoto Musashi (#28). I've also continued my mindful eating practice (#27) this week, but only a couple of days.
Work: No progress.
Life: Volunteered for the Habitat for Humanity ReStore this week (#77). Had a great evening with my father for Father's Day. Ol' Number 3 will be deploying to the GVARC Field Day, and then will be parked at a fireworks stand for a couple of weeks. This will be a great shakedown test for her. I've been cleaning and organizing gear and cleaning up some of the construction projects so we can be live out of her until after the 4th of July.
