Goals/Life Update - Day 319/1001

Goals in Progress: 27
Body: Trained two triple classes in both San Marcos and Seguin this week, and completed my belt test yesterday (#1). I'm now considered a Cho Dan candidate (#2). Again, baseline with sit-ups, and push-ups (#5, #6). I have seriously strained my back, a challenge during testing, and I won't be training until the Burn to allow some rest and recovery.
Mind: I've finished How Can I Help: Stories and Reflections on Service, and started The Zen Way of The Martial Arts, by Taisen Deshimaru (#32). I've continued my mindful eating practice (#27) this week.
Work: No progress. I plan on working on some on-line CEUs this week (#45).
Life: 'Ol Number 3 now has a closet/storage space, and her sword rack mount is in progress, as is roof storage. As always, many little projects continue, and I'll spend today puttering about on the bus. I leave for Burning Man (#61, #63) in 4 days.
