I've decided to add some new goals as of today. I'm going to work on bench pressing twice my body weight (#4), answering the "50 Questions That Will Free Your Mind" (#36), creating a budget (#48), and visiting five caves (#73).

Body: This week I trained/taught 4 classes at the Seguin dojang, and trained one class of Dan prep. I'm down to 7 makeup classes owed to myself (#1, #2, #11). There was no running, push-ups and sit-ups (#3, #5, #6) yet, but I will be going to gym tonight. Monday I expect to be in the New Braunfels dojang for at least two classes. I did manage to maintain a minimum sleep regimen this week (#14).

Mind: I have finished the minimum times of my meditation practice (#39). I'm starting to get an itch to write haiku (#33).

Work: No progress.

Life: Monday I'll be getting the truck serviced (#76), and looking at brakes and suspension. She got three new tires this week and drives much better, but brake and suspension service is on sale at a local shop, and I hope to take advantage. The Sportster Project is back on the list (#75). Still working on the supplemental goal of completing the geocaching Finds by Day of Year.

This week on 'Ol Number 3: Nothing much. Projects were put on hold this week for a 'mental health day' after some possible concerns about Steph's employer. Steph will be visiting her parents and family this week, and I hope to use some of that time to spread out some things and organize and consolidate even more.
