Body: This week I trained/taught five classes at the Seguin dojang on Monday, then again on Wednesday (#1). I did manage to maintain a minimum sleep regimen (#14). I have not yet started formally learning Bong Hyung Ee Dan (#11), although I have started learning the next set of forms, including a knife form. I am getting back into the gym, and my next goal is running a half-marathon (#3), and banging out lots of pushups and situps (#5, #6).

Mind: No progress. Thinking about writing/working on a BDSM psychodynamics paper (#29), although time and energy will be a factor.

Work: No progress. I have a confirmed 6-CEU training scheduled 5/24/13, and another 6/13/13 (#45), that puts me almost halfway to completion of this goal. Although I haven't closed many clients yet, I have consolidated them into three long days, and that will give me more time for other life projects. I won't be taking on any more clients, and I've started to notify my existing clients for my timeline.

Life: I will be housesitting this week. Still continuing to work on the supplemental goal of completing the geocaching Finds by Day of Year. Getting ready for Flipside (#62). Officially Ranger-trained for Flipside; I may just Ranger, and not do Medical or Sanctuary this time.

This week on 'Ol Number 3: Starting to run lean, and use up/get rid of more clutter. Steph likely needs some down-time, and this is a good week for that before Flipside.
