"When you get a black belt ranking it doesn't mean you've gotten a foot in the door. It means you have learned how to find the doorknob." - David Lowry

Goals Completed: 25
Goals in Progress: 29

Delayed post = decompression post-Flipside.

Body: This week I trained only one class at the Seguin dojang on Wednesday, and I owe myself two more (#1). Because of Flipside, I again did not manage to maintain a minimum sleep regimen (#14) or go to the gym or any self-care at all (#3, #5, #6). I ate generally well, and I likely lost a pound or two due to the Rangering. I hope to get to the dojang today.

Mind: A camp (Ranger Safety Third Camp) haiku was composed (#33). Still thinking about writing/working on a BDSM psychodynamics paper (#29).

Work: I attended a 6-CEU training scheduled 5/24/13, and I have a confirmed 3-CEU training 6/13/13 (#45). Starting to close my clients, and consolidate my treatment plans for them.

Life: I'll be house sitting again this week for 10 days. Still continuing to work on the supplemental goal of completing the geocaching Finds by Day of Year, and I've completed 6 of the 12 months at this point. There's a plan in place for some work and a service to both the truck and bus over the next two weeks (#76, #74) so that the vehicles will be in good traveling shape before roll-out. Flipside was more fun this year; I worked a lot less shifts. I was a Dirt Ranger with a bunch of New Rangers ("no, Ranger Bad Example, we don't say F*ck on the radio, even if it's a camp name") and a Quad Lead for the Perimeter Burn, but I spent the rest of my time at the Flipside coffee house (Temple of the Steaming Pot), practicing and leaning new rope and tying skills. I learned to make para-cord survival bracelets, drank a lot of good coffee, and started a process to return back to the 'old me.' I scored a Fun Meter morale patch for my Ranger pack, and some other cool swag. I stayed late as one of two Rangers post-event, and scored some awesome meats.

This week on 'Ol Number 3: There's a bus? All I see is a lot of post-Flipside gear, with maybe a bus hidden in there somewhere. I will be staging stuff of the bus to clean and repack, and then we're going to be getting serious about packing for roll-out.
