Goals/Life Update - Day 654/1001
Jul. 22nd, 2013 08:41 am“Power always makes a cubic centimeter of chance available to a warrior. The warrior's art is to be perennially fluid in order to
pluck it.” ― Don Juan Matus (Carlos Castaneda)
Goals Completed: 26
Goals in Progress: 30
Still unable to update my profile.
Sleeping fairly well, for the 23rd of 26 weeks (#14) - this is likely something that will have to continue to be monitored, as it's taking me a year to get almost six months of good sleep patterns.
Drove the truck to Carlsbad Caverns yesterday, for the fourth of five cave systems on my list (#73). Saw the Big Room and the King's Palace tour, and saw the bat flight out of the cave at dusk. We also visited Pecos,Texas (Home of the First Rodeo), saw the county with the least inhabitants (Loving County, Texas) in the continental 48 states, and picked up some geocaches along the way.
Leaving Fort Stockton today, and we'll be heading west towards Arizona (#64) .
