I trained for two classes this week (#1, #10), a basic 16-form class and a weapons class, a new-to-me Chinese broadsword form (#3). I have been sleeping extra hours this week (#16), still healing from the ick. I’m feeling an upward shift in my energy, possibly challenged by the upcoming Puja preparations but probably also better Chi movement.

President Amazon will be arriving late tomorrow night, with my motorcycle baby. Monday night she will be riding wingman while I get my tattoo (#24), and we’ll be planning some adventures the whole week she’s here.
