This week I was able to find a lot of the remaining Grimm geocaches (#86) hidden in NE Portland on Friday, and also see West Side Story at the Northwest Children’s Theatre (#36), after having the pleasure of attending the Ferrett’s Portland book visit, on Saturday.
I’m still reading my new spirituality book (#18), and I’m still continuing my daily meditation practice (#22), and I’ve increased to three sets of 50 push-ups and sit-ups (#07, #08) on non-training days. I was also able to train twice (#01, #10) this week.
