Goals/Life Update - Day 359/1001
Jun. 25th, 2015 11:48 pmThe choice is ours, in every moment. - M.J. Ryan
Goals Completed: 11
Goals in Progress: 29
Although we made it to the concert, Nickelback’s singer had a respiratory illness and cancelled (#99). I did, however, go camping overnight (#92) with the BIMC, and we went to the Maryhill Museum of Art (#32) after the ritual. I was also able to get two hours of Tai Chi classes in (#01, #10), checked my credit score for accuracy (#52), and continued pushups and situps (#07, #08). I’ve been mindful of my eating and sleeping (#14, #16) this week. I’ve also done some more organizing of Ol’ Number 3 (#69), and cleaned up a mouse nest. Professionally, I’ve gotten the clinical supervision contract signed (#42), and I’m working on the Residency application (#39).
I have been fitted for my turnouts, and added to the alert system for the Fire Department. I’ve been checked out to drive both the utility truck (U-482) and the ambulance/rescue vehicle (Medic 482). I still have some defensive driving training this weekend in order to finish all of the makeup classes, and I have to finish that and a task book in order to drive Fire Department vehicles and respond to a call. I also managed to complete an online FEMA course (#59), S-190 (Introduction to Wildland Fire Behavior).
