Goals Completed: 15
Goals in Progress: 36

Body/Martial Arts/Physical Improvement/Testing Myself: I'm still continuing to keep getting back to the gym, and pushing strength and conditioning, as my workout priority. I'm now up to daily 120 pushups in sets of 30, and I've added daily body-weight squats of 120 in sets of 30. I still have not swapped the squats for burpees, but that's coming soon. I'm still running the Rugged Maniac 5K at the end of June. I have registered for the Spartan in August, and our team is starting to train more seriously for it.

Mind/Spirit/Centering/Health: I'm still back to paying attention to my food intake and my sleep, and making getting more sleep more of a priority, although I still haven't got to a 7-hour average a night as of yet. I'm back to being current on my formal meditative practices.

Maintenance/Shit Got To Be Done: No progress.

In Case of Zombies/Disaster Preparation: I'm finished with my Fire Prevention class, and I believe I did well. I'll be taking ICS classes and getting non-traditional credit for FP 295 Major Emergency Tactics/Strategy this term, and starting EMS certification classes in the Fall. The Whorse has started to get some work done, with a new radio antenna, new seat covers, some cleaning, and some general maintenance.

Travel/Adventure/Doing Stuff: We saw Barenaked Ladies/Better Than Ezra/KT Tunstall at the Edgefield in a rain shower, and I have a few other concerts lined up. We might go on a road trip to get the oldest geocache in California. I have been confirmed as being able to drive the Whorse as a Ranger asset at Burning Man this year.
