Body/Martial Arts/Physical Improvement/Testing Myself: I'm back to the gym, working on endurance with treadmill work and sprints and running and up to 35 floors on the stairclimber. My baselines so far: pushups (25), situps (35). I am still focused on training to run the Fight for Air race in my turnouts, and that's 40 floors. There will be no "zero days".

Mind/Spirit/Centering/Health: I'm back to my practice of mindful eating, although I took a day off yesterday tracking my food intake for my own mental health. Yet more Haiku!

Maintenance/Shit Got To Be Done: I have completed my dental cleaning for this 6-month period. It was fast because there was no real problems or cavities, or problem cleaning spots. *smile*

In Case of Zombies/Disaster Preparation: Still working on the 30-minute deployment status for 'Ol Number 3, although I effectively haven't been at the bus much, with being regularly gone for up to a solid week at a time. I have completed a Tactical Defensive Shooting II class, a more advanced intervention/response class, completing the goal of three tactical weapons courses. Still looking seriously at land, and there is a pending offer. More details on that later.

Travel/Adventure/Doing Stuff: No progress.
