The First June 2019 101/1001 Update

Goals Completed: 31/108
Goals in Progress: 29
Body/Martial Arts/Physical Improvement/Testing Myself: No real progress.
Mind/Spirit/Centering/Health: I have been continuing to meditate daily this month. Haiku!
Maintenance/Shit Got To Be Done: I completed 3 CEUs last Friday. I will renew my CPR/First Aid certification next week. Ol' Number 3 is scheduled for a tuneup Thursday.
In Case of Zombies/Disaster Preparation: Base Station now has temporary electrical power, including an RV hookup for Ol' Number 3. My contractor is finishing up the foundation work, in preparation to start work on the Gate House. Ol' Number 3 will be relocating and deploying to the Base Station this week after she gets a good look over by my mechanic. I will be attending the National Volunteer Firefighter Training Summit this weekend, conveniently located this year ten blocks from my office.
Travel/Adventure/Doing Stuff: I visited the Hallie Ford Museum of Art while I was at the Disaster Academy. This last weekend, I went to Ashland (a six-hour commute) for my mandatory four hours of Black Rock City Ranger Training. I sacrificed some client scheduling, a 5K I was scheduled to run, and any semblance of recharging and grounding. I got a brief hike, some networking, and some clarity for myself about a relationship. I still have not committed to attending Burning Man this year.
Haiku
Quietly decide,
"what are my wants/needs?"
my priorities
Fearlessly aware,
always cut away that
doesn't serve
daily patterns
stillness, 108
breaths of practice
