If you’re serious about the changes you want to make, willpower won’t be enough. Quite the opposite. Willpower is what’s holding you back. — Dr. Benjamin Hardy

Body/Martial Arts/Physical Improvement/Testing Myself: I'm still maintaining 100 daily pushups, in three sets. I've attended three more Qigong/Tai Chi classes this week. I took my bicycle back to the mechanic for truing, and it turned out in five minutes he diagnosed a failed serrated washer, replaced it, and trued my bike perfectly. A win! *smile*

The February 'Strength' GoRuck Challenge rucking requirement, the '1 Miler, 2 Miler, 3 Miler, 4 Miler, 5 Miler' Heavy (45 lbs.) ruck, is in progress, with the 1-Mile and the 2-mile rucks completed. The workout is scheduled. I'm a third of the way through A Farewell to Arms by Ernest Hemingway. I picked up the January patch while out at Base Station and slapped it on my ruck.

Mind/Spirit/Centering/Health: I'm still finishing The Art of War by Sun Tzu from my permanent library. I completed a month of daily meditation for January, and I've started the month for February, as well. I've started rereading The Peaceful Warrior by Dan Millman. I've 'sat' another virtual Zazen loving-kindness metta.

New word: Infrangible means 1) not capable of being broken or separated into parts, and/or 2) not to be infringed or violated.

Maintenance/Shit Got To Be Done: I had a Dermatology appointment this week, and now I have a fresh biopsy on my face for a possible skin cancer lesion - I'll know for sure next week when the results come back. I've also completed another online CEU Addictions training.

In Case of Zombies/Disaster Preparation: The last things for the IFAKs for our GoRuck Self Responder class (Celox and compressed gauze, and the Coban), have been ordered.

Base Station/Ol' Number 3: We are still awaiting results from the septic system site inspection. Brush-clearing will start next week. I got a start on shoveling out minor cave-ins of the Pole Barn site and putting that dirt in the 'living room', which is preparation for gravel and concrete for the large vehicle bay. A tree limb fell over the garden supplies and planter boxes and damaged two of them, but everything is moved and cleared for the dog area/fence. More gravel was spread in the driveway, and all of the leaves were raked up and cleared, including the top of the bus and the RV.

Adventure/Doing Stuff: No progress.
