The truth is... everything counts. Everything. Everything we do and everything we say. Everything helps or hurts; everything adds to or takes away from someone else. - Countee Cullen

Body/Martial Arts/Physical Improvement/Testing Myself: While in quarantine, I did have a bit of a sore throat and some general fatigue for a few days. This is explainable because I did get exhausted and soaked and cold while out at Base Station; I think it's unlikely I have COVID-19. I did not exercise for a few days, but I'm back to rucking. I will still be doing the F*ck 2020 race. Back to pushups!

Mind/Spirit/Centering/Health: I'm still training mindfulness with my eating patterns, and looking at different food options. I am considering livestreaming a zendo as a formal meditative practice. I miss zendos and dojos. There are still family medical issues to be dealt with.

The Zombie Combat Manual: A Guide to Fighting the Living Dead is, surprisingly, both a detailed and reasonably complete close-quarter improvised weapons manual. The zombie theme is a great bonus. I got some very useful tips. Zen and The Way of the Sword referenced most of my permanent library, and gave me a better understanding and history of Zen practices throughout Japanese and martial arts cultures, and why Zen philosophy and training was and is effective. This may be your next reading assignment, Deshi. *smile*

Maintenance/Shit Got To Be Done: The 'rehabilitate/repair/resupply the Whorse for duty at Burning Man' goal has been completed. The Whorse is back and Ranger Grim has driven her. She's stiff and dirty and tends to lug a bit at higher speeds, but she's a labor of love. I haven't been this broke in a long time, and that's saying something. She'll need 500 miles on her and a recheck, and maybe some carburetor work, and definitely a bath. *smile* If there is a Burning Man, The Whorse will be riding Intercept.

In Case of Zombies/Disaster Preparation: We've gotten to the 'photographs' part of the house selling process. 75% of my Staging Area gear is already in storage (thank you, Faye!), and this week I will put another 15%, as well as most of the Whorse supplies, temporarily in my office. I'll have a few books, some clothes, and a toothbrush here until people have toured the house. It's a bit stressful, added on to a busy post-holiday counseling practice, and other concerns.

Base Station/Ol' Number 3: No changes or updates. With Faye's help, I managed to get 30 gallons into the potable water tanks for the RV, and dump the grey and black water tanks this week, despite being pretty sick.
