grim23Well. I'm back safely from a short trip from Texas, spending some of the holidays with my family. There was a good and necessary discussion about my parent's Healthcare Advanced Directives, Powers of Attorney, and funeral arrangements. There was the traditional brisket at Rudy's. There was chicken fried steak, prime rib, desserts, cookies, and my momma's french toast. There was push-ups, and two good runs that allowed me to process, and much I thought about. There were many phone calls from many people about various subjects, and advice and opinions exchanged both ways.
Now, I again purge and consolidate stuff, and prepare to move in with my cat in Salem and help with his medical care. My practice is still building, and my concerns about money and debt have been temporarily alleviated. My Beloved and I have plans for the weekend. I still have not starting formally training, and I am still looking for part-time living options in Portland that will allow me to train.
