Today I ran with Tam in the Shamrock Run, a 5K in Portland that supports Doernbecher Children's Hospital. We didn't really compete; they had a record number of participants that did slow us down a bit - but we worked to maintain a consistent pace and had fun. Afterwards, we had beer, Voodoo Donuts, and coffee.

We completed the course in 31:52. Just under 10-minute miles, 'bout what I was aiming for. An effective training run.
