I have been retrofitting 'Ol #3, and she now has more effective storage and use of space (#17). I continue to reduce my possessions and literally everything I own fits in the bus, the truck, the bike, or my office. I hope to make more progress this weekend with building shelves with the able assistance of President Amazon as a second pair of hands, who is coming to spend the weekend for the BIMC season opener. Next weekend Ol' #3 gets a second shakedown run to SOAK, the Regional Burn, to test the new space and the functionality of the new design (#18).
I have been prioritizing and meditating for another puja also next weekend with Sienna (#13), with the healing backpiece (#30) helping with the energy movement. My theme is avoiding drama and really reducing down to the basics of what is really important. My sleeping and eating (#26, #97) have still been off, and I am still not at peak efficiency, but the heavy-duty medication regimen is just over, and my side effects from the medication (the big five - mood, sleep, energy, appetite, libido) are likely to quickly abate. I've completed two full days of Wise Mind/core mindfullness training (#41), and I'm being very aware of my very high stress levels and my base chakra needs.
