Goals/Life Update
Dec. 17th, 2009 06:12 pmThe truck is now fully capable of being towed behind 'Ol Number 3, complete with tow package and electrics. Next week: The bus electrics, and hoist welding. Then I'll be able to load the bike and the truck, and head for Texas. At that point, I'm calling the RV conversion goal (#17) complete.
Like another Psychologist on this list, I'm starting to say goodbye's to my clients, and I've pretty much completed the referral/transfer list. Paperwork, and two weeks, are all that's left of my practice. I will keep my practice wide open until 12/31 for my clients, and then my long and client-based voicemail will change. Boxes and files and books are starting to leave my office, and once again I'm working through change and reorganization. I've taken my personal training weapons from the dojo, although I'll continue to train there until the day I leave. There are few physical possessions left to pack.
I'll be going to my house for an final inspection before I leave, and I'll be getting rid of the abandoned fifth wheel (#50) when I do. I'm going to use my trip to Texas to complete several things on my list, including a week in CA (#57), and my fifth hot spring (#76). I'll be planning my itinerary this next week - so some of you may get contacted from me looking for crash space. *smile* I'm looking at going through CA and stopping in Davis, Sacramento, San Francisco. Then, on to Arizona and New Mexico before I get to Texas. I'm hoping to see as many people as possible en route, and geocache a bit along the way.
