The numbers!
May. 10th, 2010 08:46 pm#1: 5K in 33:52. I'm training for the course I'll be running in two weeks, and this was my time as of today. A 30-minute 5K is doable, if I train hard.
#5: 35 push-ups with good form, until I cannot maintain good form. I may go to doing this twice a day, plus the push-ups in the dojang, and see if it makes a difference.
#6: 135 sit-ups, although my form was starting to suck at the end. I'm working this less hard, but I'll get there.
#69: I wrote my 20th haiku this afternoon.
#106: I just found my 245th Geocache.
