Tonight's run (#1) was 28:11; I was in the groove. The whole run, however, I was having a nagging feeling that I was running into an Abyss. Sure enough, there was a phone call from my mother. She is still having surgery tomorrow, but there are other family issues as well that have come up.

I may not be on-line much for the next few days.
