Dr. McKitrick called me with an internship slot in Vancouver, WA, 3:30 on Friday---by 5 I'd faxed and mailed my info. It's with Mental Health Northwest, an agency that see people with no insurance benefits. It is not APA or APPIC, doesn't offer benefits, and the stipend is only $15,000. Oregon Licensing may be a problem if I'm not careful. But, it's an internship. I interview on Thursday, March 10, at 4pm.

I need energy, then and now. Please. I'm physically sick, coughing my lungs out green, and struggling to find the Way. I'm tired, and slow, and drained. My life is once again chaos, but I'm getting used to it. The armour is almost gone, but I seem to have acquired a second sword. I'm getting better at fighting with less, and I will persevere. Thanks for any energy you can spare.

Perhaps this is far fetching because I am certain I do not know all the qulaifications needed or things you have gone through, yet I do work with OHSU and Kaiser and am willing to put my neck out and see what I could find if you tell me what it is you are looking for? What your qualifications and experience are? Who knows, one of my contacts may be the person you need to be praised too :)

Fluids and bedrest

The onlything I know of to kick a cold, or flu, is lots of rest. Hard to do when you are running around like a chicken with it's head cut off, but try and find some quality to to sleep. Also, lots of chicken soup and OJ.

My life doesn't seem to be conducive to other than coffee, crisis, chaos, and 5 hours a night. Sigh. I'll have to kick it with Will and Zithromax, and magical tea. :>
