Ol' Number 3 will now be leaving on Saturday. It works better to collect and drop off donated medical supplies to Harmony Event Medicine in Eugene, and gives the weather more time to improve going over the pass. I'll be in Ashland, OR, on Saturday night, and I'll be in Davis, CA, on Sunday.
I've said goodbye to my clinical supervisor, the BF, and most of the significant people in my life. I've taken care of most of the unfinished business I had left. I've finished two tough geocaching series, and I'm feeling pretty complete with my time in Salem, OR. My sense is that I'll be back after some time - but I'll be more focused and have less distractions.
Tomorrow I finish packing, check off the last lists, and finish securing the bus for the trip.
