Life/Goals Update

Today, after my morning run, I threw caution to the winds. *smile* I read H.H. Dalai Lama's Open Heart: Practicing Compassion in Daily Life (#62) from start to finish, punctuated by naps and a really good salad and vegetarian miso soup with tahini (#66).
