Brief Life/Goals Update
Mar. 20th, 2011 10:00 pmFirst, I'm 23% more aerodynamic. I've shaved my head (#58) and trimmed my beard down. I will wear a button that says, "Ask me why I'm bald" and I will promote awareness of children cancers, for a full month.
Second,'Ol Number 3 is in the process of having all of her furniture painted. We're halfway through the process, and there's already a noticeable improvement in how the interior of the bus looks. Every week I put a lot of energy into making her more tactically and operationally ready.
Third, on of the counselors with my agency is closing her practice, and I will be inheriting all of her New Braunfels clients, and adding a extra day of seeing clients. Although this will add to my stress, it will also pay some outstanding bills. A necessary direction for now.
Finally, I received a surprise in the mail - I received a vinyl sticker with the international symbol for Amateur Radio and my callsign on it but no note or explanation as to who it was from. I'm putting it on my truck tomorrow - thank you, whoever sent it!
