Goals/Life Update - Day 35/1001
Nov. 7th, 2011 04:21 pmGoals Completed: 0
Goals in Progress: 13
Body: Trained four times this week (#1), all in one day. Still practicing Bong Hyung Ee Dan, and scored a class on how to attack and defend with the jo (#11). Pushup (#5) count remains 50. Went running tonight (#3).
Mind: Still reading Wilson's (trans.) Budoshoshinshu: The Warrior's Primer of Daidoji Yuzan (#32).
Work: No progress.
Life: Will be calling for financing to replace the destroyed carpet, hopefully the last sticking point in selling the former Fortress of Solitude (#52). Deactivated my FaceBook account, but didn't delete it. Spent some of this last weekend volunteering (#77) for the Lions Club in the Wurstfest parking lot, and for the Tour De Gruene bicycle race. I actually used tactical radio skills, and called for EMS for a woman rider who flipped over the bridge into the very low river. Steph rendered aid in the water, and I assisted and coordinated both the radio operations and the EMS briefing. Steph was the real hero! *smile* Later that day, a chance to anonymously help (#78) presented itself.
