Body: Managed to train (#1) this week multiple times, and I'm now current with all of my training. There was a very small ranking test this weekend, with only two advanced students, and we both managed to pass (#2). At this point, there isn't much new material to learn - this will be the year of polishing and beginning the assistant teaching process. My next test will be in July, considered to be the most difficult test at the Gup level. All of this training was completed at the cost of neglecting my endurance training - I was able to run only about 3k today (#3) and complete only 40 pushups (#5). I'll be working on that.

Mind: Planning on checking in with Sienna tonight (#26). Still reading Ki in Daily Life, by Koichi Tohei (#28). Completed IS-00022 - Are You Ready? An In-depth Guide to Citizen Preparedness, to finish the list of suggested classes for Comal and Travis County for the CERT training program (#91). Also completed IS-00907 - Active Shooter: What You Can Do, and IS-00200.b - ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incidents, to complete goal #31.

Work: Still cutting down and controlling my work email (#50).

Life: Tried a new food (#68), peanut butter Oreos. I'm still continuing the Throw Out 50 Things Challenge (#94). Volunteered at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore again (#77). Still borrowing Steph's portable solar charger (#98).

Yet more has been moved and secured from Sanctuary to 'Ol Number 3. Steph and I will both be moving closer to New Braunfels by the end of the month.
