Goals/Life Update - Day 116/1001
Jan. 29th, 2012 12:03 amGoals Completed: 3
Goals in Progress: 20
Body: Trained (#1) this week five times, including a Dan prep class (#2). I'd promised Master Riley I'd train 10 times before he returned from Kodanja on Tuesday, and I completed 11 total classes for last week. My pushup limit (#5) is 54. Running (#3) my usual 5k+ route, I added an extra mile at the end.
Mind: Checked in with Sienna (#26). Finished Bushido: The Spirit of the Samurai, by Inazo Nitobe (#28).
Work: Still cutting down and controlling my work email (#50). Re-adding a fourth day of seeing clients.
Life: I'm still continuing the Throw Out 50 Things Challenge (#94). Volunteered at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore again (#77), and got my permanent nametag and T-shirt. Started the pay-it-forward process (#78), and also helped Steph accomplish a personal goal (#79). Bought a portable solar charger (#98). I'll be starting CERT (#91) Tuesday. Flipside, the Texas Regional Burn, may arrange for free training for the American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers (#70).
Again, no change to the family situation. Dad and I got Steph's 2-meter rig installed in her car. Beginning to fill 'Ol Number 3 with boxes and work on little projects in preparation for the move, possibly next week.
