Goals/Life Update - Day 123/1001

Goals in Progress: 20
Body: Trained (#1) this week only three times, including a Dan prep class (#2). No pushups or running this week.
Mind: Started Cheng Hsin: The Principles of Effortless Power, by Peter Ralston (#32).
Work: Still cutting down and controlling my work email (#50). Continuing a fourth day of seeing clients.
Life: I'm still continuing the Throw Out 50 Things Challenge (#94). Didn't volunteer this week, other than attending the CERT (#91) training, which counts as a volunteer opportunity (#77).
A pretty slim week of goals, and minimum training. Steph and I spend the week moving all but the bike and 'Ol Number 3 closer to New Braunfels, around work schedules and weather. No apparent change with the family. I'm about 25 miles closer to the family and I can respond faster if necessary, and I've less of a work and training commute.
