Goals in Progress: 24
Body: Didn't have the opportunity to train or run this week. Planning on relearning to ride a horse (#21) in the next week or so.
Mind: Still reading Ralston's Cheng Hsin: The Principles of Effortless Power (#32). Working on 50 We Are What We Do actions (#37).
Work: Still cutting down and controlling my work email (#50).
Life: Volunteered this week (#77) for the Habitat for Humanity ReStore, attended CERT (#91) training, and also volunteered to spend Valentine's Day with the CERT group to assemble 1200 Disaster Preparation Kits to be distributed by CERT and Meals on Wheels to the disabled in the local area. Got the truck serviced this week (#76). Spent the day at the San Antonio Museum of Art this weekend (#87).
The bike and 'Ol Number 3 still haven't been moved yet, although I may be able to get the bike this Tuesday.
