Goals/Life Update - Day 193/1001

Goals in Progress: 22
Body: Although my bronchitis has likely turned to pneumonia, I managed to train a double-double class this week - two in the dojang in Seguin, including a Dan prep class (#2), and two later that day at the dojang in San Marcos that included a staff forms class (#11). I'm down to owing myself four classes (#1). I managed to build a baseline for pushups (#5), and situps (#6); I stopped when I could no longer control my coughing. Running, for now, is taken off the 'in-progress' list.
Mind: I've touched base with Sienna (#26). I'm continuing reading Trungpa's Shambhala: The Sacred Path of the Warrior (#28).
Work: Still cutting down and controlling my work email (#50).
Life: I volunteered at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore this week, as well as completed a CERT (#91) makeup class on Light Search and Rescue, and completed a Flipside Safety Training for Sanctuary workers (#77). I've tried a new food, Nacho Rings (#68). I've started to go through all of my pictures off the bus to put them into albums (#97), conserving space on Ol' Number 3.
