Goals Completed: 13
Goals in Progress: 29

Body: I trained for only one class in Seguin this week (#1, #2). I owe myself 6 classes. I've managed to again sleep better this week (#14).

Mind: I'm continuing a mindful eating practice (#27) this week. I've signed up for the Urban Shield Full-Scale Preparedness Exercise (#40) on 12/1/12, designed to test responders’ skills at handling a real event involving contamination and mass casualties.

Work: Because of client scheduling and logistics, I decided not to attend the ethics CEU class 10/10/12 (#45), but I will be able to attend the ethics class 10/25/12. I'll have to complete two more on-line CEUs this month.

Life: Still have not worked on the Sportster (#75) that was scheduled for last week. Tried Macaroni and Cheese Pizza (#68). Steph and I are still scheduled to see Assemblage 23 (#92) tomorrow. Tomorrow I also plan to spend some time working on the motorcycle and put away a lot of little things, and get organized.

Some change with the family situation; Dad is aware of timelines and considering options. This week on 'Ol Number 3: completed the food storage reorganization, still slowly working on putting the rest of my Burning Man gear back on the bus.
