Made it safely from the Burn Tuesday afternoon, and drydocked in Cedarville, CA. Yesterday we traveled north, crossing into Oregon. We visited the Lake County Museum in Lakeview, OR and then spent the night at Summer Lake Hot Springs (#62). I've been here before, and visiting here back in 2008 was part of my first list. We are de-playa-ing the bus and ourselves somewhat, and we'll spend some time here today in the healing waters before we head to Bend, OR. Scored a geocaching day of Finds by Day of Year.

Before we left the Hot Springs, I got a call that our visit to Bend had fallen through - so we traveled as far as La Pine, getting in while a severe thunderstorm was building - although it may blow over and miss us. Considering the Newberry Volcanic National Monument in addition to, or instead of, Crater Lake National Park. Either way, we are well staged for both. Found a couple of geocaches for another geocaching day of Finds by Day of Year.
