Spent the day recovering from working the PDX Decompression all day yesterday, where Hazelnut and I worked as a Ranger. My puja preparation continues, as I continue Bhoga to Shakti as part of Rangering. Meditation as a practice is coming back fairly easily, and is revealing a need for me to eat better and take care of my body as a temple. New food: after Rangering, we went to Montage, where I tried Spold Mac (#68). Awesome foil-wrapped leftovers! New word: kunik, an Inuit word, most commonly referred to as an "Eskimo kiss" or the act of rubbing noses together (a greeting and form of affection in their culture).
