Goals/Life Update - Day 775/1001
Nov. 16th, 2013 11:00 pmAnything is one of a million paths. Therefore, a warrior must always keep in mind that a path is only a path; if he feels that he should not follow it, he must not stay with it under any conditions. His decision to keep on that path or to leave it must be free of fear or ambition. He must look at every path closely and deliberately. There is a question that a warrior has to ask, mandatorily: 'Does this path have a heart?' ~ Carlos Castaneda ,The Teachings of Don Juan
Goals Completed: 32
Goals in Progress: 27
Since my last update, I’ve cleaned out the trellis in the front yard, and I found a half-buried garbage can that we could immediately use, and also some paving stones that I also immediately used on the garden path. While I was doing that, Steph found a couple of pairs of Carharrt overalls on sale, so now I’m looking even more like “Farmer Grim”.
Ol’ Number 3 got some overdue straightening/organizing; it’s a lot easier to visualize and lay out new projects when there’s space to do so. Heard from both the Texas and the Oregon Boards; Texas had not received the form needed to verify my licensure, so I made sure they got it. Now, I wait.
