Goals Completed: 32
Goals in Progress: 27
Today was a good day for getting things done. Spending the day with Steph’s Dad, we took all the accumulated garbage to the dump, and got a yard of fill dirt for the tire garden and a yard of mulch for the plants in the front yard. After getting the trailer emptied, we diagnosed the problem with the emergency brake in my truck and started working on it, but we ran out of light – so we’ll finish tomorrow. All next week, I’ll be cutting the tires for the tire garden and placing them with screening I found in the trellis in the front yard and filling them with dirt, and also spreading mulch.
Professional update: The Texas Board did send verification of my license, and the Oregon Board did receive it – so I’m waiting for the next step in the process. Referrals are also in process, and so is my office space. I’m looking forward to getting back to work, and also starting the studying for the EPPP (#41) and the Disaster Response specialization (#49).
