I have trained Yang-style Short Forms and Qui Qua (#1, #10) twice this week, and the Long Form once. I’m also working on a Qi Gong technique called Five Elements, although I missed working on the first part of the traditional iron fan form. I did meet my weekly training goals, and I’m starting to feel more energy running through me as I train, although not much at other times.
