Goals in Progress: 22
I’ve completed my training (#1, #10) this week, mostly basic forms and Short Form. No Iron Fan this week; other priorities outweighed weapons training. I am continuing a meditation practice (#22), and I’ve written my haiku for the month (#19).
It’s a week of refocusing and rest.
