I’ve completed two days of suicide intervention training, for 12.5 CEUs (#41). It was fairly difficult, and designed to trigger the participants for a crisis/stress situation, and forced some more processing of some of the things that happened at this year’s Burning Man. Still reading Castaneda (#17).

I’ve not yet managed to make any training (#01, #10) this week, due to the CEU training, clients, and concerns about Steph’s medical issues. It’s just one more of those weeks where other people’s needs exceed mine. There’s been no work in the garage, no work in the yard, garden, or greenhouse, no work on Ol’ Number 3 (#69), and I’m behind on my meditation practice (#22). I haven’t gotten a full night’s sleep (#16) in a couple of weeks, and food (#14) is mostly just something I shove into my mouth before the next crisis.

I am aware that I’m becoming less grounded and I haven’t really recovered since the Puja. I’m working on it.
