I’m back to training (#01, #10) last week; three more hours of class and an hour of iron fan forms and I’m still missing fluidity and power, but I’m breathing and working the techniques with more understanding.
I’m also continuing my daily meditation practice (#22), and continuing three sets each of 30 push-ups and sit-ups (#07, #08). Today the garage got reorganized (a project I’ve been waiting weeks to get to do) and things to be gotten rid of and sold are staged, and there’s more space to work and actually park my truck. Also today I mailed off my passport renewal (#55), and I’m considering that goal completed.
I’m still reading my new spirituality book (#18), and continuing better sleeping and eating patterns (#14, #16). Yesterday I submitted five haiku (#19) to a local contest, and I’ll find out in February if I won anything.
