I’m still slowly reading my new spirituality book (#18), and I’m still continuing my daily meditation practice (#22), and I’ve increased to six sets of 30 push-ups and sit-ups (#07, #08) on non-training days. Crises with multiple clients, and life challenges, and the time demands of the Firefighter Academy (#67), have seemingly slightly slowed my overall progress, but I still completed my challenge.
On my March 12-Goals Challenge, I’ve continued the Firefighter Academy (#67), attended a concert (#99), attended emergency management classes (#60) and completed that goal, found a bunch of Grimm geocaches (#86), attended a performance (#36), written my monthly haiku (#19), completed putting in the irrigation ditch (#80), done two things that scare me (#35), trained consistently in Tai Chi and Qi Gong (#01, #10), increased both my pushups and situps (#07, #08), and meditated roughly daily (#22) this month, with makeups. I made progress on 13 goals total, and I actually and unexpectedly completed two goals.
