Goals in Progress: 24
I’ve just completed my third yearly fast (#15, #14), completing that goal, despite some personal and professional challenges. I’ve also read Zen In the Martial Arts from my permanent library (#17).
I’ve got a trial membership to a gym, starting tomorrow (once the fast is over), so I’ll be making progress with my bicep, my endurance, and my strength over the winter (#5, #6, #7, #8, #9) and continuing my martial arts training (#01, #10).
I plan to relocate Ol’ Number 3 in early December and keep working on my almost-finished list; I’ll start a new list in less than three months.
